The Indianola Activity Center is home to the Indianola Parks & Recreation office.

It also functions as the area's senior center, and provides activities for adults age 50 or better.

All activities are free unless noted, and there is currently no membership fee. $2 per week donation is suggested.

Check In Procedure
All building visitors must check in at the front window with Parks & Rec staff.

Current CDC guidelines will be observed.

Weekly Programs

Bingo: Fridays 1:00-3:00pm

PickleBall: Wednesdays 1:00-3:00pm. All equipment provided.

Card Games: Hand & Foot, Mondays 10:00am-Noon

Craft Corner: Wednesdays 9:00am-Noon.  Bring your own projects, supplies, tools, etc. and work in the company of other crafters.

Knit Wits: Fridays 9:30-11:30am  Share patterns & tips with other knitters.

Mah Jongg: Mondays 1:00pm (Chinese tile game)

Other Amenities

Billiards Room: Open Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Cues are available or bring your own.

Fitness Room: 2 treadmills, exercise bike, Cardio-Fit, TV & professional scale.

Patio: Gather outdoors with friends. Whether it's for coffee and conversation, a game of cars or chess, or just a new place to hang out, the patio is always available.

Walking Trails: Enjoy a stroll along the mowed grass path around the back of our property or hop on the 10 foot wide paved trail along Highway 92 in front of our building.

Computer Lab: The lab is currently closed awaiting upgrades.
