Welcome to the Indianola Fire Department!
The Indianola Fire Department covers 180 square miles which includes the city of Indianola and the rural community surrounding the city. The Indianola Fire Department provides 24 hour response for emergencies. These emergencies can include fire suppression, medical emergencies, hazardous materials events and other life or property threatening situations.
The department also supports these efforts with fire prevention and public education programs, as well as on-going training for all our department staff. Preventative efforts are key component of the department's emergency response to the community.
