Why should kids have all the fun?!

Enjoy this summer's reading program for adults "Between the Covers" by participating in one of our book clubs or winning prizes in our "Reach for the Stars" Reading Challenge.

Check out our book displays for new reading ideas and pick up our weekly puzzle challenge at the circulation desk. Enjoy a wonderful summer between the covers of great books!

Reading Challenge

Take the "Reach for the Stars" Reading Challenge to win great prizes from local sponsors and the Friends of the Indianola Public Library.

Pick up a reading challenge bookmark at the circulation desk. Read four books and return the bookmark to the librarian for a yummy half-way prize. Read another four books and you get to pick a book to keep from our book prize basket and enter a drawing for fabulous prizes.

Eight books not enough of a challenge? You can complete additional challenge bookmarks to enter into the prize drawing for more chances to win.

The challenge begins May 21. Reading bookmarks must be turned in by July 31.
