The Buxton Room has a 200-240 person capacity and is available for evening and weekend rentals.
The rental fee is determined by the size of the group, and whether or not the renter lives within the city limits of Indianola.  See details.

The following are iIncluded in the rental fee:

	36 round folding tables (5' diameter) seat 6-8 people 288 folding chairs 15 rectangle folding tables (6' x 2.5') 8" portable stage risers with skirting Lectern and public address system Projector screen and stand (Projector not included) Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee makers (100-cup and 35-cup)

Renters must provide their own table service, table cloths and chair covers, cooking utensils and other normal kitchen equipment and  utensils used in food preparation or consumption.

Two smaller rooms are available for rent, each with a 15 person capacity.
Available: Monday-Friday 5:30 p.m. to 12 midnight; Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 12 midnight.

SHULL CONFERENCE ROOM	ARTS & CRAFTS ROOM
The Shull Conference Room is carpeted with tables that can be separated or pushed together to form a large conference table.  It includes a whiteboard.	The Arts & Crafts Room is tiled, with folding tables and chairs for maximum flexibility.  A sink is also available in this room.

RENTAL FEES
Youth groups and nonprofit groups: 
Residents: $10 for up to 2 hours, $5/hr additional hours.
Nonresidents: $13 for up to 2 hours, $8/hr additional hours.

Seminars and profit groups: 
Residents: $20 for up to 2 hours, $10/hr additional hours. Nonresidents: $23 for up to 2 hours, $13/hr additional hours.

Damage Deposit:
$50 due within seven (7) days after reservation is made and is refunded at the end of the month after the rental.

   We can meet your computing needs!  The computer lab is available for instructional use.  A great opportunity for groups up to 8 people for classes such as Microsoft Word, Excel Access, etc.  Call 961-9420.

Features:  8 stations with internet access via fiberoptics, 1 printer, 1 teaching station connected to image projector and smart board, dry marker board, comfortable computer desks and chairs.




Fee:  $50 for 2 hours use plus cost of instructor, or rent the room and provide your own instructor.
