Completed in October 2002, this park is available free of charge during daylight hours for skateboarding and in-line skating.  All users are encouraged to wear appropriate safety equipment and attempt only those maneuvers within their ability. 

THIS FACILITY IS NON-SUPERVISED - THE USER ACCEPTS ALL RISKS INHERENT IN THE USE OF THIS FACILITY INCLUDING SERIOUS INJURY, PARALYSIS OR DEATH.
