Volunteers are always welcome and needed at the Senior Center. If you or a group you are part of are interested in volunteering please call 961-9420. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
•Assistance with set-up of tables for regular and special events
•Assistance with special activities (helping in the kitchen, serving food, and so on)
•Entertainment
•Escorts for day trips
•Data entry
•Leaders for new activities- we're always looking for people who are willing to share their skills with others
•Assistance with promotion of the Senior Center and its activities
•Assistance with fundraising activities
•Posting Senior Center Activity Flyers at different locations in Indianola
DONATIONS & FUNDRAISERS
The Senior Center hosts a number of fundraising activities throughout the year, including a dance the last Friday of the month, a soup supper and fun events for small children and their adults. We appreciate the community's support!
Donate your used cell phones and empty ink jet cartridges and laser toner cartridges to the Senior Center. We earn money for every item returned.
