IMU is aware of this issue and is working with our technology partners to solve the problem. In the meantime, you can refresh your DVR recordings and schedule by pressing 00001233 on your remote. You may have to do this on a daily basis in order to see your most recent recordings.

More than likely, your remote is set to only control the TV. Be sure to press the STB button on your remote before selecting Guide and see if this resolves the issue.
Recording is not available unless you subscribe to DVR service. To record a series, find any episode of the series you want to record within the guide. Highlight the program listing and press OK. Highlight Record Series and press OK. Once you have set the series recording you will be returned to Guide.
