    The ever popular bags/cornhole game is moving indoors! Join us on Thursday afternoons at the Indianola Activity Center to learn this fun and easy game in a relaxed environment. The game is played with teams of two. Bring your own partner or we can pair you up with another player. All equipment is provided. For anyone age 50 or better.

  3. Walk with Ease

    Walk with Ease is an exciting new program partnership between Community Health Partners and the City of Indianola Parks and Recreation Department. This program is designed to encourage people to start walking to better manage their pain, chronic conditions, weight, and to stay active. The benefits of the program include: decrease pain, stiffness and fatigue; decrease disability; increase strength, balance, and walking pace; and increase confidence in ability to manage chronic condition. This six-week small-group walking program is instructed by a certified WWE instructor. Participants will receive health education, stretching, and strengthening exercises, and walk with a group for the support and enjoyment of company.
