    Resistance bands are excellent tools for strengthening, stretching, and improving posture. Perfect for those just beginning a workout program, they are also easily adjusted to make the exercise more difficult for those advancing through their exercise program. Come join us and learn how to use these versatila and easily transported bands for your next workout routine. Free class for adults 50 or better. Strength bands will be provided free of charge. Provided by the physical therapists at Athletico Physical Therapy-Indianola.

  2. Evening 2 Swim Lessons

    A list of skills is included in each level of lessons. If your child can complete all the skills, advance to the next level. If not, enroll in that level.

  3. Tomahawk Throw

    August 13, 2019, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Softball Fields

    Join the WCCB naturalists for an evening of educational fun to learn about tomahawks and atlatls. There will be a brief history of each tool, safety instructions, and participants will learn to thrown each one. So get your arms ready for tossing a tomahawk and spear at our large cardboard bison & 3D targets. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 9 years old to throw. Space & throwing time is limited. Closed toed shoes are required.
