“I first became involved in Parks & Rec when my son Greg was little.  I went to sign him up for the P & R's Tiny Kickers soccer league and  ended up coaching a team even though I knew nothing about soccer.  I started Tae Kwon Do through Parks and Rec as a student in 1998, then began instructing the classes offered by Parks & Recreation in 2002 earning my black belt.  Now I find myself contributing to the Parks & Rec mission by serving on the commission.”
