Co-Farm Manager Mosa Shayan and Chef Katie Routh of the Wallace Centers of Iowa
Mosa will introduce composting, how it works for the soil and plants, and how to do it on a small or large scale. He will share how it benefits perennials such as herbs. Chef Katie will share her favorite herbs and tips about using these to add flavor and nutrients to any meal.
