Join the Warren County Master Gardeners and Indianola Parks & Recreation on Saturday, February 25, from 9am to 3pm to get a jump on spring. 

Speakers include horticulturist and author Megan McConnell Hughes, who will give suggestions for growing and harvesting your own vegetables, fruits and herbs.  Nathan Brockman, curator for the Butterfly wing at Reiman Gardens, will talk about Good Bugs and Bad Bugs in the Garden.  In Colleen Myers' workshop, participants will get tips on flower photography.  Susan Appleget Hurst rounds out the lineup with her talk on Forty Fast and Fabulous garden décor and design ideas from the pages of the Better Homes and Garden family of magazines.  Click here for more information.

A delicious catered lunch is included, plus door prizes and garden merchandise for sale.  Master Gardeners earn 4 CEU credits.

Cost is $40.  Registration deadline is Wednesday, February 15.
