North River Arts and Culture Plan

Background

The North Rivers Arts and Culture Plan is an actionable tool and road map for the North Arts Region, a region consisting of a collection of communities south of the Des Moines Metro. The plan includes creative placemaking strategies to support main streets and economic development, as well as community specific recommendations and action items.

The plan identifies opportunities to use art and culture to support the goals of the community and the North River Region.
