Before & After
The city provided grants and 0% interest loans for qualifying participants. Both grants and 0% interest loans were distributed on a percentage basis, with a minimum of $5,000 to a maximum of $50,000 to each qualifying participant. City staff in the Community Development department were the program administrators and assisted business owners with the application process from initial program questions through the distribution of funds.
