The City of Indianola is delighted to announce the successful completion of the first phase of the East Hillcrest Reconstruction Project, paving the way for its timely reopening and ensuring safer travel experience through winter conditions. Beginning today, November 21, 2023, East Hillcrest Avenue is open to thru traffic.
