Following the substantial completion of the Hillcrest Avenue Reconstruction Project last November, crews are preparing to finish the remaining work as the weather improves.
- Sidewalk installation between 7th & 9th Street begins Friday, March 28.
- Additional work includes permanent seeding and minor repairs along the entire corridor from Hwy 65 to North 14th Street.
- No full road closures are expected, but temporary lane closures may occur. Traffic will continue flowing in both directions, though one of the three lanes may be closed at times.
