The Indianola Parks and Recreation Department is inviting the public to explore the community's extensive resources and services for individuals aged 50 and better at a popular open house event in October.

Explore resources and services at the Fall Festival & Open House on Tuesday, October 21, from 3-5 p.m. at the Indianola Wellness Campus. Dozens of vendors share resources and information for older adults at this annual event.

With a wide range of services and resources available, navigating the landscape of senior care can be overwhelming. But events like the Indianola's Fall Festival & Open House can help simplify this process. It's designed to help individuals discover and engage with information and resources that can benefit themselves, a parent or a loved one at this stage of life.

New Location

After four successful years at the Indianola Activity Center, the event has outgrown the space and will now be held in the gymnasium at the Indianola Wellness Campus. The address is 306 E Scenic Valley Avenue, Indianola.

Bonus

Take a tour of the Wellness Campus and see how it supports the physical and mental health of older adults.
