The City of Indianola wishes to express our deep gratitude to all veterans who have served or continue to serve our nation with unwavering dedication and sacrifice.

In observance of Veterans Day on Monday, Nov. 11, non-emergency departments and offices across the City of Indianola will be closed or have adjusted schedules.

• Indianola City Hall will be closed on Veterans Day.
• The Indianola Public Library will be closed on Veterans Day.
• The Indianola Activity Center and Indianola Parks & Recreation Department will be closed on Veterans Day.
• The Indianola Wellness Campus will be open from 8 a.m. to noon on Veterans Day. There will be no group exercise, pool availability or learn and play offered.
• The Indianola Brush Facility will be closed Sunday, Nov. 10.

The Indianola Fire Department and Indianola Police Department will continue to support the community on Veterans Day.

Regular business hours for all City departments and offices will resume Tuesday, Nov. 12.

On Veterans Day, take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by our nation's heroes. We express heartfelt gratitude to those who have served or continue to serve in the armed forces. Your commitment and dedication are commendable, and we thank you for your service.
