- West Salem Avenue, between Crouse Café and West Hill Brewing.
- North Howard Street, between McCoy True Value and CenturyLink.
- North Buxton Street, between Warren County Administration Building and Indianola Post Office.
- Closure Time: 7 a.n. to 5 p.m.
- Event Start Time: 9 a.m.
- Event End Time: 3 p.m.
